HOW THE TRIAL WORKS
How does the 30 Day Free trial work?
When you create an account, you have 30 days before the billing period begins. During this time you can install the connector on your FIM 2010 Server and explore your reports with full access to all features.
After the trial, how will you bill me?
Our subscriptions are quoted as monthly prices and we offer half yearly or yearly billing cycles. You can pay by electronic invoicing or credit card which are managed through the application.
What happens at the end of the trial?
You will be notified before your FREE trial expires. At the end of your trial, billing will commence and the service will continue as normal.
If you choose to cancel your subscription at the end of your 30 day FREE trial, your account will expire. We retain your data for 30 days, so if you change your mind you can resume service hassle free.
